LACEY MEEKS, ACNP-BC, FNP-BC

Lacey Meeks grew up in Texico, New Mexico. Lacey obtained her undergraduate degree (Bachelors of Science in Nursing) in 2004 from Texas Tech University, her Masters of Science in Nursing as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner degree in 2008 from Texas Tech University, and completed a Post Master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2010 from the University of Massachusetts. Lacey founded Farwell Family Healthcare in 2009. Her office in Farwell, Texas offers family practice, hormone optimization, sexual health, weight loss, laser, Botox and cosmetic procedures. Lacey and her staff strive to be on the cutting edge of medical and cosmetic procedures as well as striving to help patients look and feel better.
 

LESLEE ROSAS, FNP-C

Leslee Rosas is a native of Friona, Texas. Leslee obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University in 2010. In 2018, she completed her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Texas at Arlington. Leslee has previous nursing experience in the surgical ICU and emergency department, providing her with a solid foundation in treating both acute and chronic illnesses. Her mission is to assist each of her patients in achieving their health and wellness goals.
